The series consists of files kept by the legal division of the Office of the Governor containing veto messages from Governor Bob Taft to the Ohio General Assembly explaining reasons for vetoes on proposed legislation. These particular bills were presumably of special interest to the Governor and/or the legal division and include Amended Substitute House Bill 94 of the 124th General Assembly which pertained to the fiscal year 2002-2003 operating appropriations.
